Health Condition 1: K045- Chronic apical periodontitis

Interventions

Intervention1: Clonidine Hydrochloride: 1.8 mL of Clonidine Hydrochloride will be injected once to give posterior superior alveolar nerve block and greater palatine nerve block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group- more than 18 years 2. ASA I and ASA II 3. Non-impacted, immobile maxillary molars with no associated pathology
