Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hemodynamically stable patients of head injury on mechanical ventilator between age group 18 to 60 yrs without respiratory or cardiovascular system disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with associated respiratory or cardiovascular system disease or hemodynamically unstable patients. Patients with less than 18 year of age or more than 60 years of age
