Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (For Probands) A. Newly confirmed patients with the following diagnosis will be included after getting written informed consent. 1.Primary glaucoma of any type (POAG, PACG) 2.Pseudo-exfoliation glaucoma (PXFG) 3.Normal tension glaucoma (NTG) 4.Primary angle closure (PAC) B.Patient should be able to read and understand Tamil Inclusion criteria (For First degree relatives) 1. All the first degree relatives of probands who are 25 years and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (For Probands) 1.Patient already on medication for suspected glaucoma or review patients 2.Glaucoma suspects 3.Patients with secondary glaucoma apart from pseudo-exfoliation glaucoma 4.Ocular hypertension (OHT) 5.Primary angle closure suspect (PACS)

1. To assess the response rate to family screening offered through automated voice messages, from the first degree relatives of patients with Primary open angle glaucoma (POAG), Primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG) and Pseudo-exfoliation glaucoma (PXFG). 2. To assess the prevalence of glaucoma in the first degree relatives among those who presented for screening Timepoint: The response rate and prevalence will be assessed after the completion of the enrollment—
