Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with BMI more than 50 Patient Profile/History 1 Age, Sex, Weight & BMI 2 Comorbidities 3 Past medical history of GERD, Acid peptic disease 4 Medical h/o Antacids, PPI, NSAIDS, Steroids 5 Personal History: Smoking, alcohol, tobacco 6 Type of Surgery 7 Intraoperative endoscopy 8 Perioperative complications 9 Postoperative history of GI symptoms 10 Postoperative diet regime, drug history, addictions 11 UGI endoscopy at 3month, 6month and one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Revision Surgery
