Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants undergoing all kind of elective surgery requiring endotracheal intubation 2) Patients above 18 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients refusing to participate in the study 2) Patient with an in-situ endotracheal tube 3) Pregnant woman 4) Patients requiring Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI). 5) Patients having a restricted mouth opening of <2cm or Temperomandibular joint immobility in whom laryngoscope cannot be inserted and hence Cormack Lehane Grading not possible.
