Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with singleton pregnancy at gestational age 37 to 40 weeks with fetal occipito anterior or occipito transverse position during active stage of labor (3-5 cm cervical dilatation)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with Cephalopelvic disproportion, fetal occiput posterior position and abnormal cardiotocography.
