Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted to Department of Surgery during the study, including patients who have taken discharge against medical advice and those who have requested for discharge and visit later for re-admission are included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who donâ??t receive complete treatment in KMC are excluded
