Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed cases of Gridhrasi with either or all symtoms like Ruja Stambha ,Spandana, Gaurav . 2. Positive SLR test and Bragard test 3. Age group of 25-65 years. 4. Both the gender patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with uncontrolled DM. 2. Other pathological and traumatic disorder of spine and lower leg other than Sciatica. 3. Pregnant patients 4. Immunocompromised patients
