Inclusion criteria: 1. Microbiologically confirmed pulmonary tuberculosis cases. 2. Participants with chronic cough.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Old TB cases. 2.Pregnant and lactating women. 3.HIV confirmed cases.
