Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >18 years and Upper Gastrointestinal tract Endoscopic proven cases of Gastro esophageal reflux disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with laryngeal tumor or mass Smokers or tobacco users Patients with asthma, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Previous radiotherapy or head and neck surgeries. Patient undergoing psychiatric treatment.

MeasureTime frame
Reflux Symptom Index(RSI), Reflux Finding Score (RFS),Stroboscopy research Instrument(SRI) scores of the patients included in the study will be taken and scores and subsets component of score will be compared within four groups.Timepoint: At first visit only

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between scores within each group will be analysedfor RSI and RFS scores, RFS and SRI scores, RSI and SRI scores.Timepoint: End of the study
