Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- age >18 2-Ability to give informed consent. 3-patient presenting with first STEMI. 4-An identifiable onset of pain or other symptoms typical of infarction with in a week. 5-The ability to complete a structured interview

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Inability to give inform consent. 2-Prior history of acute coronary syndromes 3-Diagnosis of first STEMI not clear
