Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade 1 & 2, patients admitted for lower limb surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA grade 3 & 4, allergy to study drugs, HR <50/MIN, SBP < 100 mm hg, contraindications to regional anaesthesia.
