Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Stone size up to 12 mm evident in USG. 2.Renal & Ureteric stone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe and acute pain which require medical emergency treatment or immediate surgical intervention. 2.Cases with severe hydronephrosis. 3.Severe Hematuria 4.Acute or Chronic renal disease. 5.Acute ureteric calculus. 6.Acute retention of urine for more than 24 hours. 7.Hyperparathyroidism 8.Developmental defects or structural abnormalities of kidney. 9.Neoplastic conditions 10.Endocrinal diseases 11.Staghorn stone
