Comparison of two types of radiotherapy plans (SIB-IMRT and 3D-CRT) in treatment of breast cancer undergoing breast conservation surgery by evaluation of doses to the target and normal tissues.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate dosimetric parameters in SIB-IMRT versus 3D-CRT following breast conservation surgery in terms of target volume coverage and organ at risk doses.Timepoint: 12 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate acute and late toxicities by 3D-CRT based treatment and its correlation with dosimetric parameters.Timepoint: 18 months
