Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient suffering from migraine headache and fulfilling the international classification of headache disorders 3 beta version of International headache society Age group between 18-65 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from headache other than migraine. Spinal radiculopathy Depression Uncooperative patients. Osteoporosis Pregnancy
