Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of Fistula-in-Ano. Patients will be selected between the age group of 16 -70 years of either gender, irrespective of religion, occupation, economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Severe Systemic illness like Peptic ulcer, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, DM, HIV I & II, HTN & Pregnancy. Known case of Crohnâ??s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, and Malignancy & Tuberculosis.
