Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Presence of symptomatic cervical myelopathy secondary to multilevel cervical canal stenosis (two or more levels of impairment)with correlating findings on magnetic resonance imaging. -Age more than 20 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -patient with single level cervical cord compression -cervical fractures/dislocation -previous surgical intervention by other techniques(eg:endoscopic decompression)
