Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who have Severe Gingivitis based on Loe and Silness gingival index (1963) and Poor PII score based on modified Silness and Loe plaque index (1967) Subjects who give consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects undergoing orthodontic treatment. Subjects with systemic diseases and using antibiotics. Subjects with oral diseases other than gingivitis. Subjects using any mouth wash/rinse.
