Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female patients of age between 45-80years with primary osteoarthritis of knee joints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Revision total knee arthroplasty,secondary osteoarthritis of knee joint,patients on anti-neoplastic drugs,history of malignancy,patients with skin problems,patients on steroid therapy.
