Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA FOR CASES Patients ready to take part in the study and willing to undergo serum ADA,CRP and serum URIC ACID investigations. ï?· Patients should not have history of systemic or topical steroid medication,Methotrexate,Biologics or Phototherapy treatment for atleast 2 months before inclusion. ï?· Age above 18 years. INCLUSION CRITERIA FOR CONTROLS Age and sex matched healthy individuals without any preexisting skin conditions ready to take part in the study and willing to undergo serum ADA,CRP and serum URIC ACID investigations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not providing consent for study. ï?· Erythrodermic, pustular and palmoplantar psoriasis. ï?· History of medical disorders that might affect the serum levels of ADA, CRP, such as lymphoid malignancies,tuberculosis,sarcoidosis and connective tissue disorders.

MeasureTime frame
To measure serum ADA,CRP and serum URIC ACID in patients with chronic plaque psoriasis and healthy individuals.Timepoint: 1 YEAR

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To correlate serum ADA, serum URIC ACID and CRP with disease activity and severity of disease in chronic plaque psoriatic patients.Timepoint: 1 YEAR
