Exclusion criteria: 1.PATIENT HAVE OTHER DISEASES SUCH AS UNCONTROLLED T2DM,UNCONTROLLED HTN AND IHD 2.PATIENT AGE LESS THAN 20 YEAR AND MORE THAN 60 YEAR 3.PREGNANT AND LACTATING WOMEN 4.HIV POSITIVE PATIENT
