Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with advanced Head and Neck cancers (Stage 4a-4b) (Buccal mucosa carcinoma, carcinoma of Tongue, Carcinoma of Palate,Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma) either on palliative intent intravenous chemotherapy(CT)/ Oral Metronomic Chemotherapy(OMCT)/ Best Supportive Care(BSC) referred to Palliative Care ,Tata Memorial Hospital. 2.Patients with recurrent disease with local/regional/distant metastases either post NeoAdjuvant Chemotherapy(NACT) & Surgery/ Chemotherapy-Radiotherapy(CTRT). 3.Patients >=18 years of age. 4.Patients willing to participate in the study and signing the informed consent form. 5.Patient able to communicate in Hindi/Marathi/English.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Communication difficulties. 2.Suffering from intellectual disability, cognitive impairment as assessed clinically by Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score 3.Any distressing severe symptoms like pain/electrolyte imbalance/fever at the time of presentation. 4.Not able to understand Hindi, Marathi, English.
