Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Mean arterial pressure and heart rateTimepoint: Will be recorded at 5 time points. Before anaesthesia induction-(baseline),at placement of head frame,at dural incision, at the end of tumour resection ,at the end of dural closure. Intraoperatively episodes of hypotension or hypertension will be monitored .Haemodynamic monitoring will be continued till the end of surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Total Opioid requirementTimepoint: At the end of surgery;Recovery endpointsTimepoint: At the end of surgery
