Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage 5 CKD patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on renal replacement therapy Serum K > 5.5 mEq/L 1.Uremic encephalopathy 2.Uremic pericarditis 3.Fluid overload despite optimal diuretic therapy 4.Patients awaiting kidney transplant 5.Planned for dialysis within 2 weeks (elective initiation of dialysis)
