Intervention1: Deep Cervical Muscle Training along with Isometric neck exercises.: For deep neck flexor muscle training, the participant will be made to lie down on a treatment bed and a pressure cuff

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Health Care Professionals working in Christian Medical College. ii. Visual Analog Score of 6 or more. iii. Age of 30 years and above. iv. Neck pain persisting for more than 3 months. v. Ability to perform Exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Acute neck pain. b. Infective pathologies. c. Cervical tumors. d. Traumatic conditions. e. Patients with neurologic deficits. f. Inability to lie Supine Without a Pillow.
