Intervention1: Virechana, Tikta Kshira Basti followed by Shamana: In this group, after proper Deepana Pachana, Virechana Karma followed by Tikta Kshira Basti will be administered after Sarvanga Abhyan

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Asthimajjagata Vata Patient having sign and symptoms of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head Patients fit for Virechana, Basti and Snehapana. Patients between the age group 18-60 years of either sex Pre-collapse (Ficat and Arlet stage 1-2) hips Patients with a Ficat and Arlet Stage 3 or 4 hips who are not willing to go with Surgical intervention will also be included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having age less than 18 years & above 60 years. Patients known case of Sickle cell anemia and thalassemia, uncontrolled Hypertension and any serious systemic diseases. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients contraindicated for Virechana, Basti and Snehapana.
