Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sexes of age group from 20 to 50 years diagnosed with primary hypothyroidism with no complications and taking allopathic treatment will be taken up for studies. In freshly diagnosed cases only those cases whose TSH value less than 10 will be taken up for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having any serious medical illness such DM, hypertension,any autoimmune disorders ,any congenital defects,or any cardiovascular or gastrointestinal disorders or requiring any emergency treatmnet. Patient taking any dietary supplements and medication that contains zinc during past 3 months.
