Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with impaired Fasting Glucose (IFG) levels between 110-125 mg/dl Patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) levels between 140 to 200 mg/dl Patients not taking any medication for Prediabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant, lactating females. Patients taking some other medications for prediabetes. Patients who do not come for regular follow up. Patients sufffering from autoimmune disorders like RA,SLE. Patients suffering from Cardiovascular disorders
