Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGE 18 TO 60 YEARS HEIGHT MORE THAN OR EQUAL TO 150 CM WEIGHT 45 TO 75 KG ASA GRADE THIRD AND FOURTH UNDERGOING CARDIAC SURGERY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: NOT WILLING FOR SURGERY ANY BLEEDING OR COAGULATION ABNORMALITIES ANY MAJOR PRE EXTING DISEASE HISTORY ALLERGY
