Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The study will be delimited to the students of BHU 2.The study will be delimited to students within the age group of 18 to 25 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-Prehypertensive students will be excluded. 2. Students below 18 yrs and above 25 yrs are excluded.
