Exclusion criteria: Non practicing paediatric anaesthesiologist

To study various induction techniques namely IV induction or Inhalational induction or Combination of two among anaesthesiologist of varied experience and working in various setup in different age groups right from preterm to adolescent age groupTimepoint: 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To survey the usage of EMLA cream for securing intravenous line 2. To survey the commonly used pre medications used in common practice 3. To survey the use of muscle relaxant for insertion of endotracheal tube 4. To survey use of Nitrous oxide for induction 5. To survey the use of cricoid pressure during intubation 6. To survey the type of larynoscopic blade used Timepoint: 6 months
