Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the DMHP workforce from the 6 randomly selected Primary Health Care Centres in the Ramanagaram District will be included in the study. The DMHP workforce includes- ASHA, ANM workers, the pharmacists and the Medical officers of the corresponding PHCs.
