Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who are at high risk of having preterm spontaneous vaginal delivery,people got pregnant after ART,SHORT cervix 30,women with uterine anomalies,women with multiple pregnancy,polyhydramnios,etc...

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any women with contraindication for TVS Including APH and placenta and pregnant women who are already in labor,or PPROM
