Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients 1 Subjects having attempted suicide within the last 1 month 2 Currently medically stable 3 Age from 18 â?? 60 years 4 Both genders Healthy subjects: 1 Age from 18 â?? 60 years 2 Both genders 3 No history of suicidal attempts or presence of Psychiatric Illnesses
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1 Mental retardation, Autism or any other developmental disorder. 2 Acute psychotic symptoms that limit the individualâ??s ability to participate in Yoga therapy 3 Individuals with medical complications or sequelae of the suicidal attempt 4 Patients undergoing Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) 5 Individuals with medically unstable conditions like coronary artery disease, fracture, active seizure disorders. 6 Individuals not consenting for study. Healthy subjects: 1 Individuals with any psychiatric disorder as per DSM IV-TR. 2 Individuals with medically unstable conditions like coronary artery disease, fracture, active seizure disorders. 3 Individuals with prior suicidal attempt 4 Individuals not consenting for study.
