Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine and compare the duration of post-operative pain relief following TAP and TFP blockTimepoint: 48 hours

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1 To determine and compare the rescue analgesic consumption over 48 hours in the two groups. 2 To determine and compare pain scores (Numerical rating scores NRS static, dynamic and sleep) over 48 hours in two groups. 3 To compare the patient satisfaction towards post operative pain management in the two groups by using American Pain Society Revised Patient Outcome Questionnaire 4 To compare the side effects if any in the two groupsTimepoint: 48 hours
