Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Both genders 2) Age 18 years to 60 years 3) Presence of Trapezius myofacial active trigger points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient with needle phobia 2) unwilling patient 3) Patient with anticoagulant therapy or with thrombocytopenia 4) limb with lymphedema 5) Abnormal bleeding tendency 6) Compromised immune therapy 7) Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes 8) Epilepsy 9) Vascular disease 10) any skin Infection 11) Pregnancy
