Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sports players selected in the Yenepoya university team Sports players: football, volleyball, basketball, badminton 3 or more years without serious musculoskeletal injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any orthopaedic, neurological or cardiovascular injuries Any present musculoskeletal or history of major injury in hip, knee, ankle and back
