Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.healthy Patients with missing teeth in mandible 2.Controlled Hypertensive patients under medication with missing teeth in mandible posterior region

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Hypertensive patients who are not under medication 2 Patients with myocardial infraction 3 patients with ischemic heart diseases and other cardiac disorders 4 Post menopausal women who are under hormonal replacement therapy 5 Pregnant women 6 lactating women
