Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children with symptoms of hypertrophied adenoid and positive adenoid feature in nasal endoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with underlying immune deficiencies neoplasia Children with congenital malformation Children with bleeding disorders Past history of adenoid surgery
