Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Consenting male patients scheduled for inguinal hernia repair under sub-arachnoid block. 2.Aged between 20 to 60 years. 3.Having American Society of Anaesthesiology physical status 1 or 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of cardiac disease or hypertension. 2.Patients with history of hepato-renal diseases. 3.Patients with history of respiratory diseases. 4.Patients with history of diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism
