Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cases presenting with sign and symptom of Essential Hypertension.cases in stage 1 and 2Hypertension whose SBP is more than 140 to <180 mmhg and DBP more than 90 to <110mmhg inspite of taking or not taking conventional treatment for Essential Hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group below 30 years. Cases with secondary Hypertension. Cases with uncontrolled DM, overt manifestations of hypertensive nephropathy or retinopathy etc.
