Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of carpal tunnel syndrome and willingness to participate in the study and comply with treatment and follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existence of disorders such as hypothyroidism,diabetes mellitus and rheumatoid arthritis Cervical radiculopathy,polyneuropathy,peripheral nerve lesion in upper limb Steroid injection with in 12 weeks or carpal tunnel surgery Pregnant women Glucose-6-phosphate Dehydrogenase deficiency Thrombocytopenia,hyperthyroidism Treatment with Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors
