Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: in between 18 years to 60 years 2. Duration of pain: less than 4 week 3. Participant willing to give written informed consent 4. Participants with impacted mandibular third molar tooth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of sensitivity to any drugs. 2.H/O Valvular Heart Disease; Bypass surgery within 6 months; on anticoagulant drugs. 3.Pregnant / Lactating women. 4. No written informed consent. 5. BMI 6. Uncontrolled Diabetes, Immuno-compromise, on steroid treatment, HIV. 7. Known neuropsychiatric illness. 8. Participants with blood dyscrasia or coagulation disorders.
