Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children less than 5 years age presenting to Government Medical college Aurangabad.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excessive Sweating over forehead. 2. Dermatological problem (Skin Infection/Rash) over forehead 3. Recent Topical Treatment over forehead 4. Hemodynamically unstable
