Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: eGFR >25ml/min/1.73m2 Total kidney volume >750 ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: eGFR Total kidney volume Atypical cases of polycystic kidney disease Hepatic diseases (other than hepatic cysts) Heart failure Subjects unable to take plenty of fluids Pregnant and lactating patients Patient requiring intervention or surgery. Patients not tolerating tolvaptan. Need for diuretic use Patients with advanced diabetes mellitus
