Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I, II,III patients Weight 40-80kg Undergoing oncosurgery requiring advanced haemodynamic monitoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Positive history of oesophageal malignancy, surgery or varices Anticipated difficult intubation or history of difficult intubation High risk for aspiration Known anatomical laryngotracheal abnormalities Head and neck surgery Emergency intubations
