Inclusion criteria: Weight between 45-75 kg ASA I and II patients Patients with mouth opening >= 2 fingers Mallampati grade 1,2 and 3 patients Patients undergoing Trans Oral Robotic Surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patients with mouth opening Mallampati 4 patients
