Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed breast cancer patients planned for chemotherapy Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG) score <2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with metastasis -Platelet count -Hemoglobin -Severe orthopedic or neurological symptoms -Any contraindications to exercise testing and training

To assess the effect of a pedometer based exercise program on Quality of Life using Functional Assessment in Cancer Treatment-Breast Cancer (FACT-B) (4TH Version)Timepoint: -Baseline -3weeks -7weeks
