Intervention1: AUTOGENOUS TOOTH GRAFT: AUTOGENOUS TOOTH GRAFT WILL BE USED IN PATIENTS WITH MILD TO MODERATE ALVEOLAR DEFECTS OF JAW AND THEN THEIR REGENERATIVE POTENTIAL WILL BE FOUND OUT.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with any mild ( 2) Patients with the bony defects requiring augmentation procedures for dental implant procedures. 3) Patients with alveolar bone defects requiring grafting in cleft lip and palate . 4) Patient medically fit for general or local anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with systemic disease contraindicating any invasive procedures. 2) Patients with root pieces and absent third molars. 3) Patients with endodontically treated teeth. 4) Patients with frank infection.
