Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients reporting to (Outdoor patient Departments) OPDs of CCRH institutes/units and not belonging to any of the ongoing research studies of CCRH will be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients enrolled in ongoing research projects of the institute/unit.
